A big Merry Christmas from me to all my lovely readers! I hope you’ve all even well and truely spoiled. 

Sorry I have been out of touch, I’ve been enjoying an amazing Christmas with my family on a beautiful island on the west coast of Ireland and what a treat we had, and amazingly beautiful place that made feel so grateful to be able to experience it with all my loved ones.

I really hope all of your Christmases were filled with family, food and fun!
