Kale crisps

Hello and here’s a deliciously heathy snack that’s easy and quick! It’s so easy…

Pre-Heat the oven to 180 (fan).

Take a baking tray and spread your kale out on the tray, season with salt and pepper and add a bit of oil, I always use coconut oil as I love the flavour and it has great health benefits.

Pop in the oven for around 10-15 mins (or until they look crispy) and voila there you have it a delicious super easy, super healthy, super cheap snack.
